I've listened to a few podcasts like that... Thankfully the Naked Scientists Podcast is not one of them

Most of us live overactive lives, and have trouble slowing down and getting enough sleep. This has negative impacts on our health and well-being.

You could try having a shower, reading a book, cleaning teeth and other low-intensity routines before going to sleep. Turning off the light and closing the blinds improves the quality of sleep.

But maybe listening to podcasts is your low-intensity routine?

Music helps reducing in stress,it takes you to a different subconscious level.Hence relaxing and helps a great deal in gaining sleep fast.
